Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory seeks a Technical Staff member to support systems engineering across multiple technology areas, focusing on human health and performance. You will contribute to models, simulations, and system architectures for physiological, cognitive, and medical monitoring in field scenarios.

The role involves MBSE usage, project leadership, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. A DoD security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent experience in systems engineering.
• Master's degree with 5+ years related experience will be considered in lieu of a Ph.D.
• Demonstrated skills in scientific writing and presenting technical materials to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support systems engineering efforts across technology areas to address stakeholder needs.
• Develop models and simulations; contribute to system architecture for health & performance monitoring.
• Design, prototyping, integration and field testing of prototype health & performance systems.
• Lead system engineering projects related to neurocognitive and medical operations systems.
