Job summary

MLT Systems is seeking JR, MID, and SR-level Systems Engineers to support the Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE). Responsibilities include coordinating detailed engineering work, developing documentation, and interfacing with customers to support program decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and DoD policy familiarity; Secret Clearance is required for mid and senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Field is required.
• Secret Clearance required for Mid and Senior level positions; Junior positions require ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Familiarity with DoD policies related to acquisition planning and management (DoD 5000.02, AA Framework, MCAG).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work on a project.
• Generate specifications or plans to support acquisition documentation.
• Support technical findings and provide recommendations.
• Participate in customer liaison, presentations, and meetings.
• Coordinate staffing of safety reports within Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health processes.
