Job summary

MLT Systems in Stafford, VA is seeking an on-site Program Analyst to support Tactical Communications and Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE). You will develop and review program- and system-level requirements, draft operation concepts, and coordinate with Marine Corps forces to ensure capabilities match mission needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of related experience, with a Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit requirements, documentation, and correspondence for Government review and approval, ensuring alignment with DoD/MC standards.
• Develop draft Concept of Operation and Concept of Employment docs, and SOPs.
• Ensure alignment of requirements with acquisition strategies, milestones, and decision points.
• Coordinate with Marine Corps forces to identify capabilities, gaps, solutions, and risk areas.
• Deliver capability briefs and information papers.
• Conduct periodic analysis to validate AAOs within TFSMS; prepare and update TFSMS reports.
• Provide analytical support to POM budget development and drafting POM initiatives.
