Responsibilities

The Systems Engineer (Testing Lead) will support Barrow Wise's Hawaii's Unemployment Insurance Modernization project and perform the following duties:

• Create well-structured, comprehensive test plans and scripts, and document test procedures and identify defects to meet quality standards.
• Utilize technical and analytical tools relevant to ERP systems to strategize and implement best solutions for the business.
• Lead all aspects of testing, including planning, staff oversight, strong communication, vendor testing, and reporting.
• Provide defect management, prepare test reports, and collect & analyze test metrics.
• Control the test process.
• Coordinate and manage UAT sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
