Job summary
DCCA is seeking a junior- to mid-level System Engineer to support a government program focusing on data flow engineering and transitioning from legacy to cloud. You will work on ISO/IEC 15288 processes and must have an active TS/SCI clearance with poly.
The role emphasizes architectural design, DoDAF alignment, and collaboration with Government stakeholders to deliver mission-critical IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience producing System Engineering documentation (SEMP, ICDs, requirements specs).
- Manages system requirements to ensure compatibility with defined architectures (DoDAF).
- Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB, design reviews, and program reviews.
- Analyze technical alternatives and provide preliminary recommendations.
- Support SE activities in ISO/IEC 15288 Enterprise/Process Areas.
Responsibilities
- Applies systems engineering principles across the lifecycle: concept to retirement.
- Interacts with Government regarding SE considerations and issues.
- Communicates with Government overseers and senior executives.
- Ensures technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work and deliverables.
- Develops and delivers work products in ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas.
