Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 5+ years in systems engineering or integrated product development.
• Experience with military aircraft or deployable defense infrastructure.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD requirements and DoD acquisition environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering across the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain ICDs, CONOPS and technical baselines.
• Architect and integrate multi-domain defense systems.
• Coordinate cross-domain integration across mechanical, electrical, network, and software.
• Support airworthiness and certification risk reduction.
• Contribute to proposal development and technical volumes.
