Job summary

Meriplex Communications is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Professional Services team. The role focuses on server implementation, delivering technical reports to client leadership, and ensuring projects meet timelines from deployment to installation.

You will design infrastructure, install at customer sites, and provide advanced implementation for Microsoft 365, Azure, and related services, while mentoring team members and advising on system health and costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MSP implementation experience is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute migration plans with minimal client disruption.
• Strong communication to coordinate onboarding and migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert in infrastructure design and architecture.
• Perform technical equipment installations at customer sites.
• Deploy and architect infrastructure for deployments.
• Provide advanced support for client environments and act as escalation point.
