Job summary

Synectic Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer for Capabilities Integration to join the CH-53K program at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD.

The role focuses on systems engineering, emerging technologies research, and integration for Block upgrades, working with PMA-261 to deliver capability enhancements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and an active Secret DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field.
• Minimum five years of recent and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise.
• Advanced development of technology roadmaps experience is desired.
• Science & Technology familiarity is desired.
• Active Secret DoD Security Clearance required
• Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering technical support to PMA-261’s CH-53K Capabilities Integration Team.
• Perform analysis of emerging technologies at TRLs to create advanced capability roadmaps.
• Neck down emerging technologies to identify material and non-material solutions.
• Provide recommendations for technologies to include in CH-53K Block upgrades.
• Analyze technology TRLs maturation timeline, review ICDs and SWAP requirements.
• Post-award work to perform System-of-Systems integration across Level II IPTs.
• Coordinate ECPs, technical directives, and updates.
