You will contribute to the design, development, and validation of advanced algorithms and C2 software that integrate sensor and effector hardware across varied configurations and mission sets. You will lead requirements decomposition, create validation plans, and ensure system performance aligns with customer expectations, while working across cross-functional teams and maintaining

Formación

• 5+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Model-based systems engineering used across program lifecycle with tools like Matlab and AFSIM.
• Proficiency with Python for data parsing, modeling & simulation, analysis and visualization.
• Strong background in Statistics, AI/ML, Requirements, Testing, MBSE.
• Engineering standards applied to processes and requirements across teams.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and communicating findings clearly.
• Authorized to work in the United States; up to 25% travel to customer sites.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Support design, development, and validation of advanced algorithmic capabilities (tracking, sensor/effector management, battlespace optimization).
• Integrate emerging capabilities into new products and system configurations.
• Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams and define success criteria.
• Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools for performance evaluation.
• Own end-to-end systems and troubleshoot cross-system interfaces.
