Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Demonstrated use of model-based systems engineering in program lifecycle with tools such as MATLAB, AFSIM.
• Proficiency with Python for data parsing, modeling & simulation, data analysis and visualization.
• Skilled in Statistics, AI/ML, Requirements, Testing, MBSE.
• Engineering standards and processes implementation across teams.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to developers, system leads, and customers.
• Willingness to work with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Up to 25% travel to customer sites.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and validation of algorithmic capabilities including tracking and sensor/effector management.
• Bridge system design, requirements management, modeling & simulation, and V&V activities.
• Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams and define success criteria.
• Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools to evaluate system performance using simulation and field data.
• Use data-driven analysis to verify customer requirements and trace performance as the system evolves.
• Own systems end-to-end, solving problems across seams to reach desired outcomes.
• Develop and implement modeling and simulation frameworks to validate algorithmic performance and enable continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with customer needs.
