Job summary

Anduril Industries in Colorado is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the Battlespace Awareness team. You will design, implement, and validate end-to-end hardware-software systems that integrate diverse compute, sensor, and software services for command and control products.

You will lead requirements decomposition, develop tests, and use modeling, simulation, and data-driven analysis to verify performance across configurations. Travel up to 25% and obtaining a U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Experience with model-based systems engineering in program lifecycle (MATLAB, AFSIM).
• Python for data parsing, modeling, simulation, analysis, and visualization.
• MBSE, statistics, AI/ML, and requirements testing.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex findings clearly.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate advanced algorithmic capabilities for tracking and sensor/effector management.
• Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams.
• Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools using simulation and field data.
• Provide data-driven insights to verify customer requirements are met.
• Own end-to-end systems and resolve integration issues across interfaces.
• Lead modeling and simulation frameworks for algorithmic performance validation.
