Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company in Colorado, seeks a Software Engineer for Battlespace Awareness to join a small, agile team building high-performance software for tactical and mission-critical systems.

You will prototype, implement, and integrate software across systems, from sensors to web interfaces, engaging with customers and ensuring outcomes while navigating complex modeling, simulation, and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or other technical field.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Matlab.
• Experience with ML: supervised/unsupervised learning, clustering, classification.
• Applied mathematics: differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics, and random processes.
• Engineering: controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the direction of a small team with your expertise and ideas
• Prototype state-of-the-art software solutions in an agile development environment
• Implement high-performance software spanning the spectrum from tactical systems to web applications
• Use high-fidelity modeling and simulation environments, innovative analysis tools, and sound analysis techniques to quantify the benefit of our technology
• Engage with our customers, to ensure successful outcomes for their mission-critical needs
• Work with all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Help your colleagues and customers understand what you’re doing and why
