You will translate high level concepts into concrete requirements and work with hardware, software, program management, and mission success teams to ensure traceability and production readiness. You will maintain a rapid prototyping mindset while applying engineering rigor, own end‑to‑end system outcomes, and support testing, verification,

Competenze

• Proven ability to excel in ambiguous environments.
• 3-8 years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated use of model based systems engineering in program lifecycle.
• Experience with tools such as JAMA and Cameo.
• Proven proficiency applying engineering standards into processes/requirements.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• US work authorization required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
