Akina, Inc. seeks a SE3 Systems Engineer to design and implement end-to-end dataflow plans, ensuring secure and compliant routing across environments. You will translate high-level requirements into detailed workflows and resolve complex routing issues with limited documentation.
The role emphasizes rapid learning of new systems, adapting existing SOPs into repeatable procedures, and documenting technical recommendations for team use.

The SE3 candidate will be able to execute the following core tasks:
A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience.
A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience.
A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.
$157k-$193k (Annually)
