Akina, Inc. seeks an SE3 Dataflow Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD to convert high-level requirements into detailed dataflow plans, including ingest points, transformations, and secure boundary crossings. This role emphasizes proactive problem solving and rapid mastery of new systems.
The position requires strong SOP development skills and the ability to produce repeatable technical recommendations, leveraging existing baselines while customizing solutions for mission needs.
The SE3 candidate will be able to execute the following core tasks:

A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience.
A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience.
A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience.
A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.
$157k-$193k (Annually)
