Job summary

RCT Systems is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support two secure cloud-based applications and their infrastructure in Reston, VA. You'll join a multidisciplinary Agile team of developers, cybersecurity engineers, DBAs, and architects.

After one year, on-call rotation is required. Responsibilities include designing secure systems, Linux administration, patching, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 11–16 years of systems engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Strong Linux command-line administration skills.
• Experience with Bash and Python scripting.
• Agile team experience.
• Hands‑on systems engineering and automation experience.
