Que Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to join a team of developers, QA, DevOps and system engineers to provide SDLC support for the GATEKEEPER product.

The role focuses on building and managing GATEKEEPER installations, with responsibilities spanning system testing, security, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Total of 15 years of SE experience may substitute for a degree.
• Knowledge of ICAM capabilities and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.
• AWS Foundational Level Certification.
• RDS and cloud relational database experience.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with development and QA teams to aid system testing and performance tuning for production readiness.
• Ensure system security practices and organizational standards are followed.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with requirements.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to install and manage the GATEKEEPER product.

Job description

Que Technology Group, Inc. , is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to work with a team of developers, QA, DevOps and system engineers to provide SDLC support for the GATEKEEPER product. The Systems Engineer will assist the building and managing GATEKEEPER product installation.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with development and QA teams to assist with

System testing, validation, and performance tuning in support of production readiness

- Ensure system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards

- Soft Skills: excellent oral and written communication skills - Able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures

- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with business and technical requirements

- Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines

- Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

- 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree for a total of 15 years.

- Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and Integration

- Familiarity with Cloud technologies and platforms

AWS Foundational Level Certification

- RDS and relational database experience in the cloud

- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

- RDBMS experience (tuning, migration, optimization)

- Docker expertise, familiarity with Kubernetes a bonus

- Terraform, CloudFormation (CDK)

Security Clearance:

- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
