Qualifications

• Valid driver license and reliable transportation for site visits.
• Reliable home internet access and a mobile phone.
• Ability to visit customer sites within roughly 60 miles of Red Wing, MN and Hudson, WI.
• Minimum two-year technical program or equivalent experience.
• At least one relevant certification (MSCA or MCSE).
• Preference for Microsoft 365 service design/deployment/administration knowledge.
• SonicWALL, Veeam, UniFi, PowerShell and ConnectWise experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, support, and maintain IT solutions for customers.
• Help teammates make sound technical decisions and manage escalated tickets.
• Become a subject matter expert in one or more service areas.
• Contribute to the creation of company standards for deployed solutions.
• Respond promptly to customers and engineering staff.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain IT environments across security, DR, AD, Windows servers/endpoints, and networking.
• Complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Own and manage customer projects and issues from start to finish.
• Maintain time entries aligned with service standards.
• Maintain project plans and documentation for builds and changes.
• Help develop internal standards for deploying IT solutions.
• Conduct network assessments and gather requirements for prospects.

• We require dependable home internet access and a mobile phone.
• We need someone who can work collaboratively, handle multiple priorities, and operate with limited supervision.
• We require a minimum of a two-year technical program, or equivalent practical experience in its place.
• We require at least one relevant certification, with preference for candidates holding MSCA or MCSE credentials.
• We prefer candidates with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 service design, deployment, and administration.
• We prefer experience with SonicWALL firewalls and security services.
• We prefer familiarity with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• We prefer exposure to UniFi wireless equipment and network switches.
• We prefer PowerShell scripting experience.
• We prefer experience with ConnectWise Automate, Control, and Manage.
