Job summary

Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a Systems/Design Engineer to lead digital, embedded and analog circuit design, develop embedded software, design test fixtures, and drive complex projects from concept through customer discussions and design reviews.

You will work in an ISO 9002 environment with cross-functional teams, coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing, and perform root cause analysis on failures while adhering to company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; 2 years of relevant work experience may be substituted.
• Experience with electronic circuit design and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams; work with embedded software.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital, embedded and analog circuit design.
• Design embedded software and test fixtures.
• Lead multi-disciplinary failure analysis and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate and execute large or multiple projects with complex features.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, quality and suppliers to meet schedules.
• Guide CAD/CAE efforts and define components used in designs.
