The role leads community EVS directors, standardizes protocols, develops training, and drives continuous improvement and collaboration with clinical and administrative leadership.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of leadership experience in environmental services, healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
Multi-site or regional management experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, infection control, and safety protocols.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams.
Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills.
Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and optimize workflows.

Job Summary

The System Director of Environmental Services oversees all environmental operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent standards in housekeeping, laundry, sanitation, infection control, and regulatory compliance. This leader drives operational excellence, develops service protocols, and manages community‑level EVS directors to maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for our patients, families, and staff.
