Qualifications

• Hands-on 30–40% development and strong PL/SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department focused on software development and systems engineering.
• Provide hands-on architecture, design reviews and troubleshooting.
• Oversee 24/7 production support including incident triage and resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance enhancements, debt, and production support.
