Job summary

Amazon's Bespoke Solutions team is seeking a Systems Development Engineer to join our group building next-generation infrastructure for Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC). This role focuses on design, implementation, and operability of automated, scalable infrastructure and security-focused systems at global scale.

Applicants should have 3+ years in development/scripting and hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of development/programming/scripting experience (Python/Java/Bash/Perl).
• Experience with automation and version control tools (GitLab, Git).
• Experience with Linux/Windows OS at scale and reliability.
• Current, active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain a logically isolated classified development environment within the AWS Secret Cloud region.
• Monitor system health and perform routine patching and software updates across all hosted services.
• Administer the GitLab repository, including user access, pipelines, and version control management.
• Support physical lab connectivity, network switch configuration, KVM architecture, and developer workstations.
