• Develop tools and monitoring to reduce manual toil, leveraging AI/ML where appropriate.
• Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting and post-mortems to identify root causes of complex issues in distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud infrastructure maintenance and customer experiences.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing and technical excellence.
