Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of industry experience in medical device testing.
• 2–5 years of previous management or lead experience.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
• Strong problem solving and statistical analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead test processes and mentor the team in investigations of testing failures.
• Drive continuous improvement to modernize and scale test processes and methodologies.
• Manage multiple high-priority requests from stakeholders and allocate resources for maximal impact.
• Oversee maintenance of test systems in sensor manufacturing and validate equipment performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and patient safety.
