Job summary

Arizona Central Credit Union Inc. is seeking a Systems & Data Analyst II to support, enhance, and optimize our business applications, reporting platforms, and data solutions.

You will liaise between business units, technology teams, and vendors to deliver data-driven insights that improve member service and operational performance. The role requires residency in Arizona and offers hybrid work with remote options after the initial 90-day period.

Qualifications

Five (5) or more years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience with data analytics, BI, reporting and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of core banking or financial services systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily and monthly operations logs and verify scheduled jobs.
Support, administer, and optimize core banking, digital banking, lending, and related systems.
Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues with cross-functional teams.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
Lead implementation and upgrade efforts for data platforms and BI tools.
