Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Systems Assembly Technician in Meridian, ID to join a production team focused on wet bench design and precision cleaning technology.

You will interpret drawings, assemble components, and perform wiring and diagnostics to ensure high-quality system integration. The role emphasizes safety, hands-on assembly, and collaboration with engineering for manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Read assembly drawings and plumbing/electrical schematics.
• Commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
• Hands-on capability to build sub-assemblies such as pumps, flowmeters, manifolds, motors, drives, and controllers.
• Experience using process pipe welding equipment (butt-fusion IR welder, socket welder, orbital welder) and hand/power tools.
• Technical degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to perform plumbing, wiring, and assembly that meet functionality and quality requirements.
• Assemble and install pumps, motors, drives, controllers, manifolds and flowmeters.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and interface wiring for complete system assembly.
• Use measuring instruments and diagnostic devices and follow quality procedures to support the company’s quality program.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and assist engineering, quality, and quoting as needed.

Our client, a leader in wet bench design and precision cleaning technology solutions, is seeking a Systems Assembly Technicianto join their team. As a Systems Assembly Technician, you will be part of the Production department supporting manufacturing and system integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to read engineering drawings, and a drive to troubleshoot and improve quality outcomes—skills that will help you thrive in a hands-on, detail-focused environment.

Job Title: Systems Assembly Technician

Location: Meridian, ID

Pay Range: $19 - $24 hourly

Shift: Day Shift and Swing Shift openings

What's the Job?

• Accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications to perform plumbing, wiring, and assembly that meet functionality and quality requirements.
• Assemble and install pumps, motors, drives, controllers, manifolds and flowmeters.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and interface wiring for complete system assembly.
• Use measuring instruments and diagnostic devices and follow quality procedures to contribute to the company’s quality program.
• Support manufacturing by maintaining a safe, clean work area and performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned to help engineering, quality, and quoting.

• Ability to read assembly blueprints and plumbing/electrical schematics.
• Commercial or industrial plumbing experience
• Hands‑on capability to build sub‑assemblies such as pumps, flowmeters, manifolds, motors, drives, and controllers.
• Experience using process pipe welding equipment (butt‑fusion IR welder, socket welder, orbital welder) and hand/power tools.
• Technical degree preferred or equivalent experience, along with the ability to maintain cleanliness and stewardship of equipment.
