Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Endicott, NY is seeking Assemblers for 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) with training on 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm). You will read blueprints, assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components with hand and power tools, and perform soldering, wiring, and crimping as needed.

Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement, maintaining a clean work area and following established procedures to meet production standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical abilities for assembly and production environments.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical instructions (blueprint reading is a plus).
• Experience or familiarity with soldering, wiring, crimping, and/or gluing in a production setting.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure assemblies meet requirements.
• Reliability and readiness to work the assigned shift schedule.
