Our client a leader in residential and commercialHVAC unitsis seeking an Electronics Assembler to join their team. As an Electronics Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting hands‑on assembly work withHeating, Cooling, and Ventilation systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, comfort working with small components, and the ability to follow instructions and schematics accurately—helping you contribute to quality builds from start to finish.

Job Title: Electronics Assembler

Location: LEBANON, NJ

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 6am - 2pm

What's the Job?

• Construct, assemble, or rebuild machines, including Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation systems
• Read and follow schematics to ensure correct assembly and wiring
• Assemble parts accurately using established procedures and work instructions
• Perform light wiring tasks as required for assembled components
• Support consistent production output while maintaining quality standards

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly instructions
• Comfort working with small parts and performing detailed assembly tasks
• Willingness to learn and follow step‑by‑step processes
• Basic understanding of light wiring and careful handling of components
• Reliability and readiness to work Monday through Friday
