Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in high tech manufacturing preferred.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication for manufacturing documentation.
• Must have basic math and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures such as Assembly Instruction, PPE, and Device History Record.
• Mix epoxy-based materials (mixing, casting, curing).
• Perform casting, bonding, shielding, packaging, go-no-go testing, wiring, gluing, hand soldering, component installation, or bonding using precision tools.
• Provide training and guidance to other Manufacturing Associates.
• Support other Manufacturing and Operations areas as needed.
• Perform machine cleaning and maintenance as required.
• Participate in projects like Internal Assessment, Material Management, Yield Improvement.
• Adhere to the company quality system requirements.
