Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in high tech manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures such as Assembly Instruction, PPE, and Device History Record while performing duties.
• Mix epoxy-based materials.
• Perform casting, bonding, shielding, wiring, gluing, hand soldering, and use precision tools.
• Provide training and guidance to other Manufacturing Associates.
• Assist in other Manufacturing/Operations areas as needed.
• Perform machine cleaning and maintenance as needed.
• Participate in projects like Internal Assessment, Material Management, Yield Improvement.
• Maintain compliance with the quality system.
