Job summary

Auria is seeking an experienced System Engineer (SE) to support the Sentinel program in Huntsville, AL. This 100% on-site role features a 9/80 schedule and MBSE-driven design for ICBM-related systems.

You will join an Agile Scrum team supporting C2 software and Sentinel baselines, contributing to requirement decomposition and verification. The position requires US citizenship, an active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred), and the ability to obtain Top Secret/SAP clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Science, Information Systems, or related STEM discipline.
• US citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Top Secret and SAP clearance within a reasonable timeframe.
• 1 year of experience on a project of similar scope or complexity (0 years with Master/Doctoral degree).
• Mission-driven professional motivated by solving cutting-edge national security challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support the C2 technical software requirements baseline, ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Foster collaboration in agile software requirements development.
• Assist in technical execution for major program events.
• Resolve high-level systems challenges within the IMS.
• Support MBSE strategy, tooling, and technical reviews.
• Decompose requirements and ensure traceability across teams.
• Interface with SMEs to capture Sentinel Node structure in SysML/UML.
• Maintain design documentation and configuration management.
