Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in government taxation domain and tax processing systems.
• Extensive experience with mainframe technologies including COBOL/JCL.
• Experience designing technical specifications for complex, component-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with IBM DB2 and IBM MQSeries in enterprise environments.
• Experience with PeopleSoft-based Statewide Financial Systems integration.

Job description

• 84 months of experience with a Government Taxation organization, which includes business knowledge, technical design, development, maintenance and end user support of complex Tax returns processing or accounting systems.
• 84 months experience with Java programming in an IBM Environment development using IDE of IBM's Rational Application Developer (RAD) that are built with WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
• 84 months experience with COBOL programming and MVS JCL in an IBM Mainframe Environment
• 84 months experience with IBM DB2 working with complex database structures
• 12 months experience with IDMS in a mainframe environment
• 84 months experience with IBM MQSeries
• 84 months experience with TSO in a mainframe environment
• 24 months of integration experience and Analysis of PeopleSoft based Statewide Financial Systems
• 84 months of experience writing technical design specification documents for multifaceted component-based systems
