Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Java/JEE professional to design and implement scalable multitier applications on IBM platforms. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience with OO/SOA architectures, data structures, and JEE design patterns, including EJB, JPA/Hibernate and Oracle PL/SQL.

Proficiency with JSF and IBM WebSphere MQ/JAXB/JAX-WS is preferred, as is experience in systems related to criminal justice processing at the state or federal level.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing multitier apps on IBM platforms.
• Hands-on with OO/SOA architectures, data structures, and JEE design patterns.
• Proficient in Java/JEE with 1.8+ on IBM WAS/Portal Server.
• Experience with EJB, JPA/Hibernate and Oracle with PL/SQL.
• JSF development and WebSphere MQ, JAXB/JAX-WS.
• Experience delivering systems related to criminal justice processing is preferred.

• 84 months experience designing and implementing highly available and scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture with experience in data structures, algorithms, software design and JEE Design Patterns on an IBM platform.
• 84 months experience designing and implementing highly available and scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture with experience in data structures, algorithms, software design and JEE Design Patterns on an IBM platform.
• 84 months experience developing applications that were implemented with JJDK 1.8 or higher and deployed in IBM WAS 6.1/IBM Portal Server 6.1 or higher.
• 84 months experience writing and maintaining code using Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) and Java Persistence API (JPA) /Hibernate with Oracle 10g or higher including coding with PL/SQL.
• 84 months experience developing applications in Java Server Faces (JSF); writing and maintaining code using IBM WebSphere MQ and Java Web services: JAXB / JAX-WS.
• 72 months experience developing, implementing and integrating systems related to criminal justice processing at the state or federal level (including but not limited to: disposition processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history updating, Sex Offender management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or initiatives related to Offender Supervision).
