Position Overview

We are seeking a SAP Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance core business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, and customer operations. This individual will act as a key liaison between business users and IT, providing functional SAP support, driving process improvements, and participating in ERP-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP business processes and end users
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify process improvements
• Support SAP modules including Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Warehouse Management (WM)
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business analytics
• Assist with data migration, validation, and master data management
• Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects
• Conduct testing, documentation, and user training activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or supply chain processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence tools is a plus
