Job summary

GTT is seeking a Systems Analyst to review business requirements, analyze existing and proposed systems, and design IT solutions with leadership in project planning and implementation. The role involves configuring and maintaining production applications with broad impact across healthcare systems, and leading teams through work efforts.

The candidate will apply project management principles, ensure documentation for end users, and support implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of additional experience; OR
• Associate's degree with 8 years of additional experience; OR
• High school diploma or GED with 10 years of additional experience

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and program applications to meet user requirements for new and optimized workflows in designated software applications and systems.
• Implements new software applications and systems, performs upgrades consistent with project plan(s), technical specifications, and operations requirements of the health system.
• Identify and diagnose issues across application teams and prioritize responses.
• Tests and validates software applications and systems for proper operation and user acceptance.
• Assists in developing project plans and applies project management principles to objectives.
• Documents support, training, and testing/validation; may provide end-user implementation support.
