GLOTECH, Inc. is building a talent network for future Systems Analyst openings across Park Operations, Culinary, Retail Merchandise, Games, Credit & Finance, and Marketing.

This pipeline role requires Tier 2–3 support, strong SQL skills, and the ability to work with third-party vendors, IT and business teams to drive fixes, improvements and documentation. Candidates should have solid communication, familiarity with ITIL/SDLC, and a proven track record of turning requirements into technical

Qualifications

• SQL query skills and database knowledge required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate requirements.
• Experience drafting technical design proposals for system changes.
• Ability to interact with business owners and internal/external customers.
• Understand downstream impact of changes to integrated systems.
• Experience communicating with vendors to support systems.
• Experience creating training documents and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2-3 support for multiple systems across lines of business.
• Track daily KPIs for critical processes and report findings.
• Ensure compliance with SEA standards and change management policies.
• Escalate issues to software vendors when needed and coordinate fixes.
• Write/run SQL queries, review logs, monitor health of systems/services.
• Assist in testing resolutions, patches and software updates.
• Create documentation and knowledge articles for troubleshooting and audits.
• Lead high-severity incident calls and perform root cause analysis.
• Track issues via Service Now and VTFS; provide updates to leadership.
• Participate in project deployments and hands-on installation/support.
• On-call duties and some weekend work; occasional travel may be required.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-team collaboration.
