Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience which provided general knowledge of data processing or systems analysis.
• Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with training, application process, system functionality, other related policies and procedures.
• Develop or design spreadsheets, databases, dashboards or other quality assurance tools to enhance and maximize efficiency in program analysis.
• Serve as the security administrator responsible for processing new user requests, updating/deleting user security and password resets.
• Verify and document system defects as well as all system enhancements prior to their release to ensure functionality per design documents specification and requirements.
• May be tasked to be the lead in a systems migration initiative.
• Perform related work as assigned to meet the department goals.
