Qualifications
- Must enjoy learning new technologies and concepts quickly.
- Intermediate knowledge of cybersecurity concepts.
- Intermediate understanding of networking and TCP/IP.
- Intermediate knowledge of desktop operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose intermediate network/hardware/software issues and provide resolution.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients.
