The position emphasizes leading projects of moderate size, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and production support. A related degree and experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 2 years of systems experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience at Systems Analyst I level.
• Knowledge of banking processes and processing flows is a plus.
• Experience with test planning and validation.
• Ability to lead small-to-medium projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system issues for business impact and corrective actions.
• Define business requirements by consulting with users.
• Develop programs, queries, or extracts; ensure change management standards.
• Create and execute test plans; guide UAT involvement.
• Manage projects of small to moderate size; assign tasks.
• Evaluate new software solutions; prepare feasibility analyses and RFPs.
• Train business trainers on new functions; mentor staff.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on tasks and processes.
