TELUS Health is looking for a Systems Analyst II in the Health & Welfare Benefits Implementations segment. You will configure and deploy our Health & Welfare software for major clients, impacting thousands of employees, while diagnosing issues and delivering solutions in an Agile setting.

The role emphasizes communication, independent initiative, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow in benefits and healthcare tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 1–3 years in IT, system configuration, or implementation.
• SQL expertise; MS SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus.
• Proficiency in ASP/ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript.
• H&W Benefits and/or Payroll knowledge is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you bring

• Your foundation: Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent hands-on experience) 1-3 years working in IT, system configuration, or implementation
• Your technical toolkit:
  • Must-have: SQL expertise (MS SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus)
  • Strong-to-have: ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with configuration tools, Microsoft Office suite (including Copilot), and Azure DevOps
• Ability to read technical documentation and debug like a pro
• Your superpowers: H&W Benefits and/or Payroll knowledge (highly valued!)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and time management
• Initiative and independence paired with genuine teamwork
• Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range

$60,000 - $70,000 USD

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
