Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field with relevant work experience.
• Minimum of four years in software development and support; substitution options may apply.
• Experience designing and implementing databases, reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a team member for the development and implementation of systems.
• Plans and directs project activities; gathers requirements or changes necessary to adapt existing work systems or processes to electronic data processing techniques.
• Designs forms, reports, and documentation.
• Assists in completing system design and associated documentation prior to systems implementation including narratives, flow charts, decision tables, input/output formats, and database design for management review.
• Designs, develops, and installs medium and large scale software applications and configures new systems and hardware.
• Assists with setup and maintenance of test environments.
• Coordinates with other IT Division members to conceptualize, design, implement, and develop solutions for complex systems and programs.
• Develops reports and presentations for senior management.
