Montana State Fund (MSF) seeks a Systems Analyst II to ensure our IT environment remains reliable and scalable, translating business needs into clear system requirements. You will support testing, change management, and lifecycle activities, collaborating with stakeholders and developers to drive high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, documentation, and cross-functional partnership to strengthen MSF's operational effectiveness and serve Montanans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT and four years of relevant IT experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Two years in the insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into detailed business requirements and functional specs.
• Define testing procedures, create test scripts, and coordinate UAT.
• Support SDLC lifecycle milestones with project documentation.
• Maintain systems and manage change with queries and reports.
• Assist IT Operations with ongoing system maintenance and collaboration.
