Job summary

Bellevue University is seeking a Systems Analyst to bridge the Business community and the Agile Delivery team, coordinating requirements, documentation, analysis, design, configuration, testing and operational support. The role supports various enterprise systems to ensure design, development and implementation meet university guidelines and security standards.

You will collaborate with business partners, provide technical guidance, lead process changes, and work with 3rd party vendors for

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or related work experience required.
Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
Experience with Academic/Enterprise systems is desirable.
Familiarity with Oracle/ERP tools is a plus.
Ability to develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

Provides technical expertise in assessing new IT projects and enhances existing enterprise systems.
Works with business partners within an Agile Team.
Creates and reviews functional and technical specifications for business processes.
Guides key technical decisions and facilitates system integration and workflows.
Manages production issue resolution and communicates across management levels.
