Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a qualified IT professional to analyze business requirements and draft statements of work for complex projects. The role collaborates with the IT Supervisor to plan coding sprints, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Responsibilities include evaluating current systems, preparing workflow diagrams, and assisting in prototype development. Strong knowledge of C#, VB, .Net, MSSQL and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4–7 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in C#, VB, .Net and MSSQL required.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and manufacturing ERP is expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and propose solutions or enhancements to software/hardware systems.
• Develop statements of work for complex projects and assist in sprint planning and mentoring junior developers.
• Lead or assist in upgrading or developing processes to improve production workflows.
• Prepare technical reports, diagrams, and documentation for applications.
