Tokio Marine HCC - Public Risk Group is seeking a Systems Analyst – Data (Insurance Claims) to design, build, and maintain data solutions powering underwriting, operations, reporting, and analytics. The role focuses on data pipelines, system integrations, and ensuring high-quality, reliable data for decision-making.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with the ability to work in Troy, MI on a hybrid schedule.

Systems Analyst – Data (Insurance Claims)

As a Systems Analyst for Public Risk Group, you will help design, build, and maintain the data solutions that power our underwriting, operations, reporting, and analytics platforms. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will develop data pipelines, integrate systems, and ensure that high-quality, reliable data is available to support business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement scalable technical solutions. As Public Risk Group continues its investment in cloud technologies and platform modernization, you will gain hands‑on experience with modern data practices while contributing to the development of enterprise data capabilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills through mentoring, challenging projects, and exposure to cloud‑native architectures, APIs, data integrations, and large‑scale insurance data.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field or the equivalent education and/or experience 1-3 years of relevant and progressive professional experience in software development and support.
