Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 1 year of experience; Associates with 5 years; or High School with 10 years of experience.
• Preferred experience with full-stack programming using a modern web-development framework.
• Experience writing SQL against traditional RDBMS.
• Experience developing reports from and analyzing data stored in an RDBMS.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and productivity suites.
• Preferred knowledge of Linux-based operating systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to research problems, recommend solutions, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.

Responsibilities
