Boone Power in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Systems Analyst to create innovative, custom solutions that streamline workflows and increase visibility into our business processes. The role works on multiple projects, analyzing internal stakeholder needs, developing solutions, and interfacing with third‑party systems while providing technical support.

Reporting to the Director of Information Services Technology, you will help Boone Power serve its nearly 20,000 member‑owners and drive our mission

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• Experience with full-stack web development frameworks.
• 3+ years writing SQL across major RDBMS.
• Experience developing reports from data in RDBMS.
• Proficient with Microsoft OS and productivity suites.
• Linux knowledge preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent communication with non-technical users.

Boone Power is looking for a Systems Analyst.

The Systems Analyst creates innovative, custom solutions that make it easier for employees to do their work, increase internal visibility to our business processes and improve our ability to serve Boone Power members. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Information Services Technology. Other items may be assigned according to business needs and directives.

• Preferred experience with full-stack programming using a modern web-development framework


• Experience (3+ years) writing SQL against traditional RDBMS: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL


• Experience developing reports from and analyzing data stored in an RDMBS


• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and productivity suites


• Preferredknowledge of Linux-based operating systems


• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently


• Ability to conduct research to address problems, recommend solutions, and communicate with project stakeholders.


• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
