Job summary

Moody Bible Institute seeks a Systems Analyst to strengthen and modernize enterprise systems supporting its mission. The role involves working with on-premises and cloud technologies, evaluating new solutions, and enhancing system integrations to support Moody’s technology strategy.

The position collaborates across ITS to ensure secure, integrated environments and to enable Moody’s transition to cloud-based solutions. Strong problem-solving and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for using technology to improve systems, processes and user experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree; additional related education/experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• 3+ years of progressive IT experience related to systems architecture, administration, development, information security, or similar tech fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork, communication, facilitation, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements for enterprise systems integration and support.
• Coordinate feasibility studies and present findings and recommendations.
• Provide strategic technical recommendations to ITS leadership for system improvements.
• Oversee integrations across on-premises and cloud-based enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting enterprise systems in collaboration with ITS teams.
• Provide ongoing administration and maintenance for existing on-premises enterprise systems.
• Assist with planning and migration of on-premises systems to cloud-based services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
