Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking an entry-level Systems Analyst to support data integration across legacy and cloud platforms. You will monitor workflows, assist in transitioning to event-driven, cloud-native solutions, and help ensure data integrity.

The role involves writing automation scripts in Python and PowerShell, debugging complex connections, and documenting configurations. A Bachelor’s in CS or IS and 2+ years' experience are preferred, with a hybrid office environment in Windermere, Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in systems analysis, data integration, or backend support preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL (MSSQL); ability to write complex queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Proven ability to automate tasks and manage infrastructure using Python and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data synchronization strategies, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data integration workflows with SQL Server environments.
• Assist in transitioning from legacy EDI and data platforms to cloud-native integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, PowerShell) to streamline admin tasks and data movement.
• Partner with senior team members to design robust interfaces ensuring data consistency between staging and production.

The successful candidate will be a bridge builder, ensuring data integrity across complex environments while helping us design and deploy new, agile solutions that support our growing business needs.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data integration workflows with modern SQL Server environments.
• Assist in the architectural transition from legacy EDI and data platforms to event-driven, cloud-native integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to streamline system administration, data movement, and cloud resource management.
• Partner with senior team members to design robust, scalable interfaces that ensure high availability and data consistency between staging and production environments.
• Maintain clear documentation of integration logic, system configurations, and standard operating procedures to ensure team-wide knowledge share.

Requirements, Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in systems analysis, data integration, or backend support role preferred
• Knowledge of SQL (specifically MSSQL). Experience writing complex queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Proven ability to automate tasks and manage infrastructure components using Python and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data synchronization strategies, and general integration patterns.
• Ability to debug and resolve complex connection issues between legacy and modern systems.
• A strong desire to work in a hybrid systems environment, balancing the stability requirements of legacy systems with the agility of modern cloud services.
