Job summary

My3tech is seeking an advanced Systems Analyst to support software development, business process analysis, documentation, process improvements, maintenance, and testing on financial applications. The role involves leading cross-functional teams and delivering scalable, compliant solutions.

The candidate should have 7+ years as a lead developer or development manager and strong SQL, with experience in Visual Studio/.NET and relational databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years as lead developer or development manager; 2.5+ years with Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases or similar relational databases.
• Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET knowledge is highly desired.
• Experience developing and maintaining software systems dealing with complex financial business processes.

Responsibilities

• Work as a developer, facilitator and SME for applications and services dealing with complex financial business processes on large cross-functional application projects, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Provide guidance and QA oversight on new code from inception through integration, staging, and production environments.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve problems using troubleshooting tools and teamwork.
• Work with the team toward continuous improvement; may include roadmaps, standardization of processes and methodologies; collaborate with developers and architects to drive guidelines and documentation.
• Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams to ensure all project aspects are communicated, supported, and delivered to high standards.
• Develop knowledge of trends and relevant software development technologies and methodologies.

Job Title: Systems Analyst – C. Advanced

Duration: 12 months contract with the possibility of extension

Scope / Background:

Client is seeking an advanced Systems Analyst through staff augmentation to support software development, business process analysis, documentation, process improvements, application maintenance, and testing. The selected resource will work on complex financial applications, support business transformation initiatives, and ensure scalable solutions that follow software development standards.

Project Overview:

Provide an experienced technical resource to analyze, develop, enhance, and maintain financial business applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, QA oversight, process redesign, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or another related technical field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

Candidate must have a minimum of 7+ years as a lead developer or development manager 2. 5+ years of broad experience working with development technologies, including Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases or similar relational databases. Highly desired: Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET.

Primary Job Duties/ Tasks:

The candidate submitted must be able to perform the following duties and/or tasks:

• Work as a developer, facilitator and subject matter expert for applications and services dealing with complex financial business processes on large cross-functional application projects, ensuring that robust and scalable solutions are implemented.
• Provide guidance and oversight to quality assurance on all new code from inception through integration, staging, and production environments.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve problems and issues with troubleshooting tools and techniques as well as teamwork.
• Work with the team toward continuous improvement; may include design, definition of roadmaps, standardization of processes and methodologies; collaborate with other developers and architects to drive guidelines, methodologies, and documentation.
